Cancellation Policy:

At Marian’s, we realize that sometimes plans must change. If, due to unexpected circumstances, you must cancel your stay with us, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• There will be no charges for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your date of arrival.
• 14 days or less prior to the reservation, we regret that there will be no refund.
• 14 days prior to your reservation, all charges will be processed to the credit card number that you provided when making the reservation.
  

We will, however, do our best to re-book the accommodation and if we do so, you will receive a refund minus the credit card charges and a small processing fee.
